Yuchen Dong is a multidisciplinary designer with a strong foundation in fine arts, environmental design, and emerging media practices. With systematic art training since childhood, she developed a solid visual sensibility and an adaptive design approach that balances aesthetics with structure. She earned her BFA in Environmental Design from the Academy of Arts & Design at Tsinghua University, where she was trained in holistic design methodologies and spatial thinking.After graduation, Yuchen joined China Vanke Co., Ltd. and worked for two years in interior design management. This experience strengthened her execution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, while shaping a result-driven mindset grounded in real-world project delivery.To explore design beyond traditional boundaries, she later moved to the United States and is currently pursuing her MFA in Media Design Practices at ArtCenter College of Design (ACCD), focusing on digital media, interaction design, and AIGC workflows.In 2025, Yuchen interned at an AIGC startup in Shenzhen, contributing to interactive webcomic production and supporting rapid content iteration using ComfyUI.
